New Patients

We are currently accepting a limited number of new patients into our membership practice.   

To ensure you receive a membership slot, we encourage you to go ahead and Sign Up via our website or call a Privia Membership Advisor during normal business hours at 888.774.8428.

You also have the option of scheduling your first appointment prior to joining the membership.   At the end of your appointment, should you wish to remain in the membership practice you will be asked to join as a Privia member at that time.   However, we cannot guarantee that a membership slot will still be available, and if not, we may ask you to see a different provider or nurse practitioner in our office.
